4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Club175 events and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Exceptions may be made under limited circumstances at the discretion of the organizers.

  • 4.1 Membership fees:
    • Non-refundable once registered
    • Participation credits apply per agreement terms
  • 4.2 Event fees:
    • Event participation fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Club175
    • Cancellation requests will be reviewed case-by-case; administrative fees may apply

5. Payment Terms

  • 5.1 Accepted payments:
    • We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are securely processed via a third-party provider compliant with PCI-DSS standards (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal Business).
  • 5.2 Authorization:
    • By submitting your payment information, you authorize Club175 to charge your card for the agreed-upon amounts related to memberships, event participation, or merchandise.
  • 5.3 Security:
    • We do not store or process your full credit card information on our servers. All sensitive data is encrypted and handled by our third-party payment provider.
  • 5.4 Recurring billing:
    • If any future services involve recurring charges (such as membership renewals), we will provide clear notice and obtain your explicit consent. You will always have the option to cancel in advance of renewal.
  • 5.5 Recurring billing:
    • If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@club175.com. Chargebacks without prior notice may result in suspension of your account or access to future events.

6. Liability Notice

  • 6.1 Participation in Club175 events requires signing a liability waiver. This waiver releases Club175, its partners, employees, and affiliates from responsibility for injury, damages, or other risks associated with track events.

    Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. All drivers must:

    • Hold a valid driver’s license
    • Sign the official waiver prior to participation
    • Comply with all track safety rules

7. Media Release Policy

  • 7.1 By attending Club175 events, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional photos, videos, and marketing materials.

    If you prefer not to be included in media, please notify us in writing at info@club175.com before the event.

8. Rules & Regulations

  • 8.1 Vehicle/driver preparation:

    • Club175 affords experienced drivers the opportunity to drive and practice their skills without having to share the race track with unaware or inexperienced drivers. By registering for a Club175 event, you agree to abide by our rules and regulations as outlined below.
    • All vehicles will have legible, contrasting numbers. Numbers no less than 8 inches high will be displayed on left and right sides of the vehicle.
    • Drivers and passengers will have equal restraints.
    • SNELL/Current helmets are mandatory. HANS devices, fireproof clothing, shoes and gloves are recommended.
    • Roll cages/roll bars and on-board fire suppression systems are recommended. Roll bars minimum required on convertibles.
    • There will be no technical inspection at Club175 events. Each participant will bear sole responsibility for vehicle preparation, maintenance and safety.
    • THE MORNING DRIVER'S MEETING IS MANDATORY.
  • 8.2 Pit/paddock area:

      • With the exception of the lunch break, the pits and the racing surface are declared HOT for the entire event day.
      • The speed limit in the paddock area is 15 mph.
      • Do not park any vehicles in the designated fire lanes.
      • If you're using the garages: there will be no smoking, no fuel storage and no fueling of vehicles inside any garage.
    • 8.3 On track:

        • No Shorts on track,
        • No flashers will be used on the race track, blinkers may be used as point by signals.
        • A checkered flag will signal the end of the morning and afternoon sessions.
        • A red flag indicates an emergency situation. Check your mirrors and bring your car to a controlled and complete STOP on the side of the track offline. We may need to get emergency vehicles on the track quickly. 
        • A full course black flag requires all vehicles to return to the pit/paddock area on the lap that the flag is displayed.
        • If you are shown an individual black flag, you will report to the pit steward on the lap that the flag is displayed.
        • It is the responsibility of each participant to be aware of and responsive to all flags, signals and instructions from corner workers and emergency personnel (see also "Flag Information").
        • Passing will be permitted anywhere on the race track. Although "point-by" signals are always recommended, they are MANDATORY in corners. This rule will be strictly enforced. The are no "point-by" requirements for unrestricted passing events.
        • The overtaking vehicle bears the responsibility of executing a safe pass but the car being passed has a responsibility to help facilitate a safe pass.
        • If a pass sign is not used (on straights only), the vehicle being passed will remain on-line and give room for the passing car. The passing vehicle will move off-line to execute the pass.
        • You are respsonible for damage to racetrack including speedy dry, fire suppression, etc.
        • Racing is expressly prohibited at any time during Club175 events.

      9. Flags

      • 9.1 Green flag:

        The track is open and cars are running at speed.
      • 9.2 Stationary yellow flag:

        Proceed with caution, no passing until after the incident. Be prepared to alter your line if necessary.
      • 9.3 Waving yellow flag:

        Warns of an immediate hazard on the course, probably on the driving line. You may need to slow down significantly. This flag is often used when a spin occurs. No passing until after the incident.
      • 9.4 Blue with diagonal yellow stripe flag:

        The passing flag. A faster car is behind you... check your mirrors.
      • 9.5 White flag:

        Indicates an emergency vehicle or slow moving car is on the track.
      • 9.6 Red flag:

        This flags indicates an emergency situation. Check your mirrors and bring your car to a controlled and complete stop on the side of the track offline. We may need to get emergency vehicles on the track quickly. Stay on the track... your hot muffler may start a grass fire.
      • 9.7 Black with orange circle (meatball) flag:

        The meat ball flag indicates there is a mechanical problem with your car... something hanging, a leak, etc. Drive your car to into the pit entrance as soon as possible or pull off the track near the next corner worker station (if there is a fire). Pull off track if you are leaking fluid, don't continue and leak around the track.
      • 9.8 Black flag:

        Drive your car into the pit entrance and be prepared to talk with an event official.
      • 9.9 Checkered flag:

        The session is over... you should exit from the track at the next pit entrance.
      • 9.10 Vertical red and yellow stripes flag:

        Signals slippery track surface or debris on the track surface. Exercise caution.
